Fluorescent Penetrant Testing
Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) is a Non Destructive Testing Method that is used for the detection of Surface Discontinuities that may compromise the integrity or Quality of the part. FPI may be applied to non-porous ferrous and non-ferrous materials such as but not limited to Metals, Plastics and Ceramics. FPI is used to detect surface Discontinuities in Castings, Forgings, Weldments, Forming Products, Fasteners and other components.
Radiography Testing (X-Ray)
Industrial Radiography is a Non-destructive Testing Method that uses ionizing radiation to inspect materials and components with the objective of locating and quantifying Discontinuities that are at or below the surface that may compromise the integrity or Quality of the part under inspection. Typical applications, castings, weldments, plastics, metals or other components.
